Unlike a regulated practice, we are not answerable to the The Law Society, the SRA, the Bar and/or the FCA, all of which reasonably reduces our overheads, which then reduces our fees.

Instead, we contract with you on mutually beneficial commercial terms; mitigating risk, and limiting liability in a reasonable manner.

 

With a panel of trusted and reliable, SRA and the Bar regulated Solicitors and Barristers, we have come together, sharing experiences and knowledge to achieve the best possible results, whatever the matter may be. From time-to-time, we contract with Solicitors and Barristers on mutually beneficial commercial terms and so, on a case-by-case basis. These professionals are authorised and regulated by the SRA and/or the Bar in their personal capacity and this authorisation and regulation does not apply to us.

The SRA has outlined the importance of unregulated firms that employ Solicitors. As we are unregulated, we do not operate contrary to Section 12 of the LSA 2007 in performing the functions of a Solicitor and/or any other Authorised Litigator, neither are we selling our services as "A Solicitor Firm/Practice".
